    Tournament Play?

I recently took my Rec team to a local ASA tournament. It was advertised as a 4 team round robin. Winner determind by
    1-best record
    2-heads up play
    3-least runs allowed
After all games played there is a three way tie for first. Teams 1,2, & 3 all have one loss. So heads up wont work.
    Team 1 allowed 5 runs.
    Team 2 allowed 8 runs.
    Team 3 alowed 10 runs.
So as the rules state team 1 wins the tournament.
My question is how do you determine second? Do you start over with the rules or stay with least runs?

This reminds me of an old joke--

There was a time when the US and USSR (Russia) met in a dual track meet every couple of years. The Communist newspapers reported that, through a tremendous effort, the USSR finished second. However, the unfortunate US team finished next to last.
