Throwing

So my daughter is 8 years and she is playing on 8U select team and she has the weakest arm on the team and I want to know if any of you have any drills you can recommend. She is very strong she just doesn't have a strong throw. Any help is much appreciated

If she's strong, but doesn't throw very strongly, I would bet a good sum of money - even without seeing video of her - that it's an issue with a sub-par throwing pattern.

Just the water bottle drill by itself worked miracles for my then 9 year old. Her throw is entirely different now (just turned 10). Definitely great for getting their mechanics straightened out.
