You need to call them and see what they'll do... If they say no, wait a day and call back.. Honestly sometimes it depends who you talk to... Would you believe Easton was going to replace DDs bat 4 months after warranty expired just because we had been long time users of their bats?

I will tomorrow just wondering if anyone has had the experience. I hope they do ive bought a lot of their bats.

Nokona restrung and repadded my dd's glove for free 3 months after warranty expired. Not a manufacturers defect either, it was just worn out. Awesome customer service.
I will probably never buy a different brand of glove because of that even though I know there are other fantastic gloves to pick from out there.
I think companies are smart to build that loyalty even though I understand that they can't do it every time.
