Have you all run into a tournament rule that allows only a single "team cooler",
and bans players from having their own small coolers for drinks, snacks, towels, etc?

what the heck?

Yes we had an issues in OKC during the CWS this year. TD was a total cooler Nazi and wouldn't even allow in small coolers that were being used for medical purposes. One guy took his wife's medical cooler in anyway and TD called the police. The worst part about it was the concession stand ran out of ice and bottled water. I thought there was going to be a riot.

The funniest part was when the TD screamed at the guy "I don't know how you do things in Colorado but you can't just bring a cooler into a park over here!".

I will say that most will allow a cooler of towels too. They really just don't want parents bringing in coolers. Also the players can bring in water jugs. They even allow
them at Big League dreams. We always just have someone bring the biggest cooler they can and will take it out and refill between games. Big League Dreams doesn't even let you bring in a cooler. We are playing this weekend when it's supposed to be 107 and 108.
