The website says teams were supposed to report confirmation numbers for sponsored hotels by 5-15. I don't think our coach did this. Has anyone heard of a team getting disqualified from bracket play because of this? Thx!

It says on the site that you will not be allowed to play bracket play if you are not registered. I would contact the TD

I would check with the coach before contacting the TD.

The 5/15 deadline is early enough for TCS to contact teams that haven't complied. I suspect that date is tied to the expiration of their room blocks.

Is your hotel listed as a Lodging Partner?

Stay with a Triple Crown Sports lodging partner inside of the group block with a minimum team requirement of 40 room nights (example: 6 rooms for 7 nights or 7 rooms for 6 nights,) Teams must submit a complete team rooming list with confirmation numbers, arrival dates and departure dates prior to event;

Is there a buyout option?
Web site says There is no surcharge or “buy out” option to this policy

Added: TCS wouldn't let us "buy out" for their TC/USA Nats. However, they did add acceptable lodging options.
