I have done the schedule for most of our hosted tournaments for the past few years. One had 130+ teams over 20 fields, 5 locations and 10 divisions.
It really isn't that hard.
So I am now going to tell you the secret.
Stop taking &*R(@#(@# requests. All you do is make some other team mad and complicate everything. Make it clear as part of the registration process - don't even bother to ask. Tell them you will do your best to make sure that if you are traveling far we will give you reasonable start times if we can - but if we couldn't, we couldn't.
