She is almost 9 years old. She is around 55 inches and 65 pounds. I see Wilson has some on sale but I am not sure.
Which catching gear for a 9 year old?

Wilson gear is good - even the second tier MaxMotion stuff. For cost and value, you aren't going to find a better deal than Wilson's current blow-out pricing. To me, the MaxMo gear at those prices is an easy call.
For quality, my top 3 picks are Wilson ProMotion, All-Star Vela, and Schutt. Easton and Mizuno stuff is okay. They aren't my favorites, but plenty of people like their gear. I have been less than impressed by the Louisville Slugger catcher's gear, and would not recommend it.
My DD's first set of her own gear was Easton Natural. It did the job for a 9yo in rec ball...
Currently 11yo, and playing 12U travel ball, she's armored in a Wilson ShockFX 2.0 helmet, Wilson ProMo chest, and All-Star Vela legs...

I have a set of red and navy blue LS gear from a couple seasons ago. Well taken care of but has been sitting a while. I can send you some pics and you can have it and a boombah bag for $100. I'll try to get some pics posted or message me your number if you are interested.
