NECC just posted this on FB...

New England Catching Camp said:
We've received an overwhelming number of requests to bring back our original instructional DVD to the market, and while we are in the process of transitioning that video into a series of updated E-Books, we wanted to make sure that everyone who wants to purchase the original DVD has the ability to do so.
If you are interested in purchasing our original DVD: "A Coach's Guide to Training Catchers", just head to the link below!
You can view it through Vimeo on most of your devices!

Does anyone have feedback on the "supplemental throwing information?" Is that Wasserman material is dvd format?

I haven't seen the throwing video for myself, but my understanding is that it is Wasserman's material (or based on it). NECC's camps definitely teach throwing in line with Wasserman's instruction.

Glad I never got rid of my copy. It's still the gold standard for teaching catchers. Fortunately, I was originally taught by a guy who really knows his stuff. Only a couple of style differences between him and NECC. Otherwise spot on. When I purchased the video, I gained video of everything I already had in my notes.

I'm actually stopping at a friend's house today to repossess my copy of the DVD. Over the past few months, a couple more coach-dads learned about teaching their DDs.

These days, I no longer loan my copy out. That's brave of you to do so.if someone wants to watch it, bring a 6-pack over and watch all you want. The copy DVD stays put.

I may have to institute this policy. I'm a fan of people bringing 6-packs to my house.

Yeah, apparently I loaned my copy out to someone and once again can't remember who. Wish I could. The only obvious choice says the copy he has is one he bought, and I believe him.
