Explaining to a coach about the high level swing
I coach with a few different coaches and ages. (8u and 10u) I have been reading here on the high level swing and can see how it mimics an MLB swing. But some of the guys I coach with are still saying/teaching things like compact swing, don't drop the front shoulder, the bat leads the body...- Wannabe
