DD update
I don't usually chime in on these threads because I'm not a PI but I do notice some Tincher student signatures on your dd. You'll never see a student who's spent any time with Tincher (or his instructors) who extends and locks the glove hand and swims out with it. Nicely done. It does look...- Dusty

Probably Just Don't Practice Enough
Although I'm sure this is generally true it's a mistake for parents and players to assume that it will be true in their dd's case. A Non-local D1 and a D3 coach came to HS games my dd pitched and the D3 coach expressed interest in dd's HS catcher who wasn't going through the softball recruiting...- Dusty

So HS ball is considered an "advanced level", lol. Would not disagree with pitching between innings in the circumstance Woody mentioned above but otherwise would not recommend practicing pitches in the bullpen during games. Really? HS pitchers are very often starters, middle inning relievers and closers. Rinse and repeat for the next game which may be the very next day. So if one of my dd's pitches isn't working she's supposed to take one of the few brief opportunities she has to rest her arm and go out fix that...- Dusty
