New PC..right direction?
I recently switched DD to new PC.She isnt using the term IR but does seem to be teaching it?? She talks about arm whip, natural follow through and keeping the weight back. Domino effect? mechanical breakdown= pitcher parent panic?
DD had to change her motion this past week..was told last Sunday that her back foot was coming off the rubber. Ok thought we fixed that this week. Seemed she got back in rhythm. Help!! DD told to change mid inning??
Today DD had a scrimmage, she was humming along beautifully relaxed and hitting her spots, striking out the side until the other coach told DDs coach that her back toe was not touching the rubber. # of pitches/speed for 12u
Hello all, My just turned 12 year old DD pitcher has been pitching 2+ years, started with PC at 10. This is her 2nd year pitching TB, she pitched 10u last year and this is first year 12u TB A.
