DP/FLEX Question
Lets say I have 11 players in the lineup. 9 on defence. I would like my power hitter to hit but not play defence. And my fast runner just run for my power hitter and not play defence. Would my power hitter be the DP and fast runner be my FLEX. Are should I just use the runner as a sub.- bratswithbats

Any advice on daughters pitching
Not sure i understand what your saying on the forced follow through of the knee/arm?? Saras glove is ashleys old one. sara has a new smaller on 11.5 but wont use it. Also not sure what your saying with Sara stoops a little at release?? thanks for your advise.- bratswithbats
