Need help with the hop.
Would like to address the concern for DD starting to show signs of hopping off the rubber instead of dragging her foot. Its not a lot but, its starting to rear its head more and more . Because of age she had to move up to 12u this year and someone forgot to tell her body( what she lacks in size...- ROCKNFIRE

How to stop the shot put throw?
Well thanks again Guys and Gals . I have learned some new drills . I to have pulled my hair out watching the young team throw incorectly hurting thier arms ,and thier bodies.
