D1 recruiting riules?
This is what gets me. DD was a sophomore in HS this current school year. Her school year ends in June. At that moment she becomes a Junior. I think people are confused (including me) about this. So, from this, will DD be considered (by NCAA) a sophomore or a junior this September?- 9's Dad

How do you coach delayed steals?

Runner taking a step backwards on way to 1st Base
Here's an example of why we stop and not run into the tag. Runner on third base with 1 out in a 1 run game. Planning for a hard thrower?
Something that's worked for me with girls of different abilities is this. Front toss or machine - have the girls swing too early on purpose, then have them swing too late on purpose.
