how to open mind assess your DD ability ?

infielders glove suggestion for 10u? anything pre broken in?
i know its a bad time early summer to find a new glove, but we need one. is there such a thing as pre broken in? i thought i heard of it, but cant find one. any suggestions? this is for infield.- hacksaw

how does one evaluate their kid vs the team and their future ?
still relatively new at this. my girl is a 10yo playing on a 10u club team as a 9yo.
