Hi Frustrated...I know EXACTLY the situation you speak of. We left our last year's 14U travel team for this very reason. FivePotsOGold - I feel your pain! One thing I loved about our LL is that NONE of the softball managers are parents of anyone on the team. My husband coached but we had an arrangement that he was not to coach our daughter - that the Manager would so that there was NEVER any sign of favoritism...- softballmom

Fundraising...
We partnered with a local pizza place. The offered a buy one get one free pizza deal. We printed our own cards, put 5 squares on each one - one square was good for a buy one get one free deal (each box got crossed off by the pizza place as it was redeemed) along with the pizza place location...- softballmom

We use the pitching machine with an extension cord out to the field. Speed it up or slow it down to work in timing.- softballmom
