    Streaming College Games...

Connected or SmartTV's can only play WatchESPN if the TV has the WatchESPN application. My Samsung Smart TV doesn't have the Watch ESPN app in the samsung apps store. It has the SEC Network, ACC Network and XOS College sports app which might have the games on it as well even though those apps...

    Streaming College Games...

Im using Google Chromecast. It's a $35 device that connects to your TV's HDMI port. It then connects to your device over wifi where you can "cast" the video to your TV. Basically makes a "dumb" tv "smart" by allowing it to have access to apps that support casting like Netflix, Hulu, WatchESPN...

    Streaming College Games...

Yes. I am casting from my iOS device to my Samsung TV 5500 (I think is the model) it's a smart tv, but to use chromecast the TV doesn't have to be smart, it just needs an HDMI port. I also tried casting from an android tablet I have just now. i can cast to my chromecast watch ESPN as well as...

Where can I watch college softball games?

For cord cutters, I believe you can have access to the WatchESPN app and other channels if you subscribe to SlingTV.

Chromecast is working for me using WatchESPN from my iPhone and iPad. Works really well. What OS is your Motorola phone? Do you have any iOS device to test it on?

Hi Bob! Sent you a PM.

    Jugs Lite Flite

You can only use "lite flite" balls or jugs wiffles (i forget the name). not the standard dimple batting cage balls. the balls are very light. one good part is it wont hurt bats and if you want a faster reaction to simulate faster speeds batters can move up pretty close because even if they get...

Public School District Parent Coach Policy

I'm not a HS daddy coach, but I have been an assistant coach on my DD's TB team when she was younger and I coach another team which she is not on. I would never ever want to coach my DD's HS team... simply because its not worth the headache and if I did, my DD would likely be treated unfairly by...

    10U pitch speed

I went to the site and saw the comment and username of the parent. Whats funny is I think this kid is a 2019 actually verballed to Tennessee.

    Article on early recruiting...

I dont know if its that no one will want them but everyone has different reasons. In our area there might just be a handful of kids who have given a verbal early and I don't really blame them... I blame the coaches/schools for making the offer. It can be very hard to turn down in some cases esp...

    Verbal offers Pros and Cons

I think it depends on each school. Every school/coach has different philosophies on how to do it. I've seen freshman get everything from full offers to just a few thousand or just a spot on the team. From just our experience alone my DD got offered different things as a freshman. From one...

Hitting cars as they drive by a softball field. Who's liable?

Thats what my lawyer friend said at first. lol. I just asked him. He works as a lawyer for Geico btw. But then he said that if we were allowed to be on the property and it could not be proven we were being reckless, the schools insurance policy should be required to cover damages even if just...

Hitting cars as they drive by a softball field. Who's liable?

Sounds good to me. TBH. if my car was hit near a softball/baseball field I would just let my own insurance take care of it, assuming it wasn't done on purpose of course.

Hitting cars as they drive by a softball field. Who's liable?

At a tournament we go to I have seen parked cars get hit by foul balls. I know one owner of a car who's car was hit and windshield destroyed. She just went through her own insurance. It was obviously an accident and the owner of the vehicle just chalked it up to being parked near a softball field.

Hitting cars as they drive by a softball field. Who's liable?

Well.. she is hitting from the batters box and I'm front tossing... but technically she is trying to hit it out so i suppose it is a little different than golf in that way. it's not like she is trying to keep it in the park. in softball/baseball you are trying to hit it out...

Hitting cars as they drive by a softball field. Who's liable?

TBH. I never thought someone would be on the hook for hitting a house on the golf course. I thought if you buy a house on a golf course you should expect those kinds of damages. I guess i could google it... but i'm lazy... lol.

Hitting cars as they drive by a softball field. Who's liable?

So if it was in a game, the school would be liable?

Hitting cars as they drive by a softball field. Who's liable?

Just wondering about this. I practice with my DD at our local HS sometimes. When we do some bp she sometimes puts it over the fence into a private road owned by the HS behind the outfield fence. A few times she has almost hit a few passing cars. If she actually hit a car and caused damage would...

    10U TB and #3/4 Pitcher?

IMO, pitching works itself out at the younger ages. Those who want to continue to pitch and work at it eventually end up being a pitcher. Those who don't really want to work at it get weeded out. On my DD's 10u team she was like the 5th pitcher on her TB team and never even pitched in a TB game...

    August Birthday. Repeat a grade?

EU Thanks. Learn something new every day. I was only thinking about kids that I know who did that but should have realized the other benefits from it and some kids might actually want/need that year to mature and focus/improve on academics.
