Catching stances
I'm noticing a lot of catchers using a one knee down stance at a collegiate level. I never caught in a stance like this, so I have zero idea if it is beneficial and in what situations. New Coach, advice appreciated
Hey, I'm a former HS/travel ball player from a while ago, and I started coaching a 16u rec team. I love the game and want to help these girls, but I feel like I'm a crap coach.
