    Compensating / Paying high school girls to coach / assist

    We have a few high school players who have volunteered to give some position specific lessons / coaching to our girls. I`m sure there are rules against paying them in regards to possible NCAA eligibility but we would like to compensate them in some way. Any input would be greatly appreciated...

    3rd baseman hit with line drive

    When we played rec ( Little League) nobobdy wore fielders masks and many had no masks on thier helmets. A few tournament kids would play every year and wear thier fielders masks and the rec kids/coaches/parents would all make fun of them. Hopefully that attitude has changed.

    Maybe no more Tournaments us

    We had the opposing teams shortstop write in the dirt "(our team name) is crap" this weekend. Pointed it out to the opposing coach who of course was not happy. Funny he said no one on his team would admit to it....um maybe it was your shortstop ? Same kid wouldn`t shake hands or hi five after...

    Same exact thing happened this weekend to my daughter. She said she didn`t even see it coming. She`s small , under 60 lbs and only a 3rd grader but throws very hard.     Dropped Third Strike Rule

    At a tournament we had 2 outs w/ bases loaded dropped third strike. Our catcher stepped on home for 3rd out right? But no blue calls runner safe and says w/ 2 outs play at home isn`t a force and a tag was needed ?

    Girls playing 5 run per inning limit.Playing unlimited run limit when ump calls "Open" Maybe unlimited is a better term.

    Home team up 13-4 ump calls last inning....visitor scores 4 and game over home team wins 13-8. Should those last 4 runs count toward runs allowed or would it revert to the last completed inning ? Top 2 teams in our bracket ended up w/ same runs allowed (us including those 4) and we ended up...

    straightening slightly bent aluminum bats ?

    We`ve got a few aluminum bats that we discovered are slightly bent....aside from throwing them away anybody ever try to straighten one ? Thanks
