    The NY team is Empire State Huskies National 14U. They won’t start until the summer as 8th graders play HS ball in NY. Delaware team is Empire State Huskies Premier. They may be the better team. Tough to say. But sometimes they combine the two teams as well.

    There is a local team with 6 2028s and 6 2027s on the list. Extra Innings also has a different local B level team with a 14-12 fall record ranked higher than national teams from some strong organizations like the RI Thunder and Ohio Outlaws.

    Somehow the 2028 team rankings are already worse than individual rankings 3 days in. A team that finished 2nd at USSSA nationals and played PGF Nationals didn’t get ranked in the top 25 in Region 1, while numerous B level teams did. 3-4 other solid PGF teams also got left out. 🤦‍♂️

    D3 pitching speed

    An ACC team was in town to play a local mid-Major. The 2nd ACC pitcher to come in to close out a close game was throwing between 60-62mph. She also threw an offspeed pitch at 56mph. Speeds were from the radar the ACC team was using.

    Yes, the 13U NJ team. My DD pitched the next game we won vs LLG Wools. If you watched the pitchers warm up, she was the smaller girl. I was talking to a bunch of the parents from your team about Super Selects before the game actually. This was her at the tournament.
