Dropped 3rd and infield fly questions??
Sorry if this has been covered before or multiple times. 10u We are on defense. Offense has runner on 3rd with 1 out. 2 strikes are against the batter and she swings and misses on a low pitch which did in fact hit the ground but the umpire signaled out but did not verbalize "out". Catching/pitching the Changeup
I have a 10u team and my pitchers are both learning the changeup. They both throw it very straight but alot of the time it lands short of the catcher. Since it is a very effective strike 3 pitch for 10's we use it often in that situation. Unfortunatly the drawback is it puts us in a dropped 3rd...- xplosion

Not using pitching machine in practice?
We have been going without our pitching machine in practice for the last month. Instead coaches pitch most of the live pitching and then have a 6 on 6 inning for the last 15 minutes where our pitchers pitch live. It appears that our batters have gotten alot stronger and confident at the plate...- xplosion

Where to start??
Have a 10yo daughter. Very good contact hitter. Very fast runner but very weak swing. Thinking of moving to left side and going to slapping? First off, is it too soon to give up on the right side? 10 yo dd pitching open for all feedback good or bad
YouTube - 10u pitcher working on footwork Right now her drag foot is of most importance.
