2 seam and 4 seam pitches
Are there any other pitches that would work better with a four seam grip. Does Indoor Pitching Create Mechanical Problems
My DD likes to pitching workout indoors at our local facitly vs pitching on a field. It is more convenient because it is where she does her conditioning workout. Oh BTW thats just the short version of it because it wasn't all roses it was alot of hardwork, sweat and tears but the bottom line is that this was her decision to be a pitcher not mine.- Hurrlers Dad

Has anyone Heard of the Horseshoe Change Up
