Not a concern since turf but for my own knowledge, I thought there are rules against it in some sanctions as well as having non-playing team members on the field between innings.
If you are deciding to go, look at the name of the coaches attending. If it just lists schools, I would avoid.
Head first is where DDs school recruits heavily.
Done with it now but it would have been nice for DD with a fall bd to play with girls in her own grade. Never made much sense to me birth year on the team and grad year on the sleave
Is there anyone on here who's DD went through the entire process liking everyone on all her teams? No way. It would need to be beyond dislike to leave a team.
Quite simply, DD was a senior in high school when all but one of her travel teammates were off to college. DD is an 03, to align more with graduating classes, she would have to play with 04s. This does not align with how most organizations work as they try and build consistency rather than...
The whole point of the change is playing in the same school grade. Makes way too much sense.Forr a fall birthday. Always a year behind almost the entire team. And 1/2 an 18u team already in college. Beyond that now but would have been nice.
Opposing P was ejected post DH during handshakes this past Saturday. The team had little class throughout. Their chants were quite personal. A parent even berated a player getting into her car. Sweep was Karma indeed.
Offers come after some commitment from the school as well as perceived interest from you. If you want to parade your DD as a free agent, go ahead but expect that same level of commitment from them.
