Curious About Subsitution Situation
Just wondering, if a player comes in as a pinch hitter and the team bats around, at her next turn in the order, a) can the person she hit for return to the batting lineup, and b) if she stays in and bats again, does the 2nd at-bat count as her one re-entry allowed?- ctfastpitch

Increasing Arm Whip
Looking for some drills to help generate more whipping action in DD's delivery. She's 15-16 and seems to have lost several MPH on her FB (as well as other pitches).
