Receiving signs
Where should a pitcher be receiving her signs from? I understand according to ASA they can be given from the catcher or coach but where in the circle? My understanding is she must be in contact with the pitchers plate to receive the signs before coming together. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G930A...- 1herm4
