Mental Game
I have a pitcher on my 16U Travel team that hits 60 MPH on a regular basis with movement. Problem is once a runner is on base she starts rushing her pitches and can easily walk 4 in a row. Regular Softballs In The Gym
I use softees to do my fielding drills on the gym floor. However, I do let my pitchers throw with regular balls off to the sides of the gym.- Coach Lou

How to best help a catcher throw
I have a catcher with a similar arm, so we make up for it by working on the quick release to 2nd. What she may lack in arm strength can be lessened by technique in getting rid of the ball quickly.- Coach Lou
