Good or Bad
My daughter is a pitcher on a fastpitch tournament team. Her school coach wants her to try out for track Javelin and running. Will this mix up her body mechanics and hurt her arm? Will this be a positive or negative thing to do to a pitcher? Thanks!- softballmom_yolo
