Cage hitting VS Live game Action
Any Ideas ? How do I get the girls to hit in a game the way they hit in a cage. I understand that game action adds a total different prespective. hello Just looking for some views on this topic ? I was asked by a parent should a 13 year old be locked into one position. Should a kid have a primary and secondary position? batting cage/ practice bats
Guys, I had a question about using practice bats ? my daughter uses practice bats off the machines but uses her good bat during soft toss or front toss with real softballs. Obviously you shouldnt use a good bat in a cage against those dimpled balls but what if the machine is using real...- bigblue

Stride Vs No Stride
Hello All: My daughter has been taught to hit with no stride. She hits the ball hard and well. Should i be teaching her to stride or not screw with it ? I was wondering if a stride would add no power or is it just for timing to get her hands back or not ? I would love to hear about this...- bigblue
