Uniforms ~~~~ Good travel uniofrm vendors ~~~~ Cool looking uniforms form teams

Cure for bug squish?
From the clips posted, I still see the raising of the heel and some pivot/turn onto the toe/ball of the foot. In my mind, on some level, still a form of squish the bug. I guess I am more apt to use this phrase when I have seen players that finish the swing with their rear foot in essentially...- peacefulwarrior

First post to DFP. This squish the bug thing has always bothered me. In my opinion, you do squish the bug. It is how you present this concept to the hitter.
