So last night when the ump was checking our girls' bats and helmets for all the right decals and stickers, he pulled me aside and told me one of my players couldn't use her helmet because though the NOCSAE seal was molded into the helmet, the face mask was lacking a NOCSAE sticker. My turn to be a proud dad...
Sharing this because I'm proud of my daughter and because some of you may be experiencing the same thing.... My DD was a beast in in the circle at 10U- when most hitters lack the eye/hand coordination to make good (or any) contact... but then she grew 4 inches, lost her coordination, control...- JasonS
