Slapping is a great asset and if she is successful at it she should keep doing it. Every coach wants a slapper who can get on base in any situation so I understand!
Does she understand her job as a slapper? how beneficial it is to the team? maybe that's all she needs is some understanding...
Things I would address ...
First that raised leg, this is asking for timing issues later. Fix that now.
Second the bat at toe touch is a tad too flat and should be at 45 degrees cutting right through the ear. It is close, but makes a difference.
Also she torks her hands back too far. It's fine...

There the usual reasons why a batter pops ups. Guessing is not going to help you. Please provide a video and let's get the correct issue addressed.
