The team I am on (from the northeast) we have both pants and shorts. On the colder days we wear pants and the warmer days we wear shorts. I prefer to wear the pants, you lose the hassle of having to wear sliders and kneepads. Pants aren't hotter than shorts, I think they are about the same.

Yes, i begin with the footdrag, across the mound, and start into my motion. Usually while in my motion, i begin to get my changeup grip.(i find it easiest to hide it this way)

I, a pitcher myself, frequently have trouble with my change-up. I have a hard time slowing it down, and keeping it low. Most times, my changeup does stay low, but my coach is always saying, to slow it down, slow it down, slow it down. Any other way to slow this down? (i am throwing the...
My glove is a 13 inch, and is Mizuno. When i first got it, it wasnt all stiff like most other gloves come. I am a pitcher, and outfield as my other position, and i have good control over the glove.
