Where is the missing speed?
I am looking for your help. Below are 2 clips of my DD. The story - 3rd year in transition to IR, 2nd year 10U. First clip is from May of 2015. Game speed 43-45. 2nd clip is from today. Hopefully you see improved knee to knee at release (Rick Pauly greatest drill #10...thank you Mr Pauly)...- healthy obsession

Looking for a video - please help
believe it was by Perfect Circle shows young lady missing upper arm stabilization and whip followed shortly after by shots of jennie finch whipping properly then followed by Ueno and Abbott (I think). Thanks- healthy obsession

The Perfect Swing
Ok, not really...just hoping to get you to look. This is my DD. She is 16. Solid player, travel ball (PGF qualified team). Batting Average about .300. Please help her with improvements in her swing, specifically to generate early bat speed. We are anxiously awaiting JS's RedCord...- healthy obsession
