Anchor for a Drive Leg
Still working out some kinks in DDs drive mechanics. Looking for a cue or advice to help my DD reinforce taking that anchor of a drive leg through with her on a pitch. Pitching Mechanics- Practice vs Game
At another hurdle that I've been unable to help my DD get past so far. Basically, I've got two different pitchers, the one I see when her and I practice and the one that comes out on game day. Diagnosing Lean towards 3rd
My DD has a slight lean towards third that is affecting her brush contact down into her upper lower arm. I only notice it on full pitches so I think it's tied to a flaw in her drive mechanics which we are trying to sort out. It's improved since last fall but it's still there. Any feedback...- Watershed
