Preparing for overnight tournament...
What is the best way to help our team be ready to play in an overnight tournament? I'm trying to figure out how to make sure the girls get the best rest so they can function overnight. We are a 2nd year 14u team. Also, would you get a hotel for the night before the tournament? We are 5...- Chaos42

It is so funny you said this about right field. Before you posted, I told my daughter about her hands and she immediately told me that it is because she is trying to hit the ball to right field. She was taught to try and take slower pitchers to right field (makes you wait on the ball). Maybe...- Chaos42

Fixing long fly balls
My daughter is hitting a lot of long fly balls. She has hit 3 out of the park (she's only 5'1 and 14) which is great. The problem is other teams are playing her very deep...and some fields do not have a fence. The result is a lot of long fly outs. My daughter gets a lot if lift on her ball...- Chaos42
