Position in the batters box
Need help settling a debate. This weekend my DD was instructed by her head coach to get all the way in the front of the batters box. Coach told my DD this because the pitcher we were facing had decent movement. My DD's Coach says she will see less movement the farther up in the box she stands...- Dean'o

Bownet look-a-like

Need help using a drill to teach extension and follow through
OK, so my DD has a bad habit of not getting good extension after hitting the ball. It looks to me like she is keeping her front elbow locked and this is causing what I call "looping" effect with her bat. Any suggestions would be appreciated.- Dean'o
