some pain on throwing
u12 DD has some modest pain in forearm when she tries to throw hard. Seems to me, its related to her form, leads with elbow and then pushes the ball instead of getting on top of it. No pain outside of throwing. We know the issue, but anyone have any drill suggestions to work on this?- Nj dad

10u hitter can't make contact
Very frustrating for her so trying to figure things out. Think her main problem is her hands drops as she starts her swing, and then she swings up at the ball. Basically, she never makes contact even if pitcher is not throwing fast. Any suggestions would be welcome. Seems to me she is watching...- Nj dad
