Thread: Rising Stars Showcase

Is there anyone here attending the Rising Stars Showcase Tournament this weekend in Davie Florida?? My dd is in the 18u bracket and has a couple college coaches coming out to see her. She makes me laugh she is all nervous thinking about it but when she gets on that field she is in a whole other world!! If anyone is attending look forward to seeing you there!!!

Just wondering i anyone from this site are playing or attending the showcase in Davie, Florida? Not looking too good weather wise but what else is new!! My dd's college team is supposed to play tomorrow night, so we will have to wait and see what happens. If anyone is attending it would be great to hear from yah!!! Pray for SUN everyone.

I have 4 pitchers attending this tournament. 2 pitchers who have already verballed to attend SDSU and WNM where lent out to pitch for a GA team. And I have 2 girls pitching for Power Surge. Have a great time and tell your dd she will do fine just use her nerves to allow her to perform better.

I attended this tournament and we got 4 games in and game 5 got rained out. This was our first trip to the Rising Stars and we enjoyed it very much. We were 4-0, we played on team from NJ and 3 team from FL. WE will be going back for sure.
