Need Help With Change of Head Coach

DD received multiple verbal and written (email) that an offer was forthcoming in December as wanted to get through the NLI process in November. To give some history, DD has mainly been emailing head coach over past two years and has attended every camp they offered. We just found out the head coach is no longer at the university and has been replaced with an assistant coach.

How should we proceed with the new coach? The only documentation about the pending offer was direct emails between head coach and DD.

As much as I hate to say it, your offer left with the old coach. Contact the new HC asap and establish a relationship. Since it was an AC who was promoted, hopefully some of the information will carry over and the new HC will also be excited about having your DD on their team.
