Vancouver Flames 10U will be hosting open practices every Monday, starting July 18th. 6 - 8 pm at VGSA on Field 5.
All first year 10U players are invited to come out and learn more about this team and get a good workout.
We have a highly experienced coaching staff with Head Coach and Assistant Coach non parent volunteers. We plan on keeping this team together for years to come.
