    1st ever tournament

    how old are they? I don't really have any advice on what to bring but there were several teams in the 5/6 rec tourny I just attended who had organized cheers with the players and parents. I thought it was really cool and wished we had done something like that.

    also for clarity when I say rolling, I don't mean under handed... the ball comes out over hand like a typical throw but they throw the ball into dirt, and it rolls to the target.

    yea, its 5 and 6 year Olds. it's a very good strategy. alot of people were laughing at them, but it works obviously, and they're playing for a trip to the world series tomorrow so they'll be the ones laughing
