I think this is one of the most important traits a coach can have, especially at the younger ages. Kids/people learn in many different ways so you need to be able to adapt to each kids learning style. High School Ball
I think TB parents are "spoiled" but not in the way you mention. Our HS plays in the highest division in our state but I am astounded by the lack of quality coaching in HS softball. I would consider many ASA B level coaches in our state to be better coaches than many of our HS varsity coaches...- slaphappy

Ok I will give some further insight into our problem but I need to be vague as the HS Coach monitors these sites. ASA Registration?
We have a 16A team that wont begin playing ball until after the high school season is over. Two of the girls on our team are still 14u eligible and not yet in high school.
