HI rebass, I just posted response #45 to your last video of Laura. Please read my post. I have not been here long, but you will notice if you look at my name that I more thank you's than anyone else here, even though I have only been responding and making points for about 30 days. I am not here to criticize, but to help. I am not here to argue or feed my ego. So please take my advise to heart.

I primarily train Olympic programs in Europe for the EFS (European Fastpitch Softball) Association. I work with these teams directly and do clinics there. I need you to trust me on this one!
