Coach's Dilemma - Solved! I have struggled with this as a coach. I've been coaching for a while now, but Fall 2009 was my first year coaching at the High School level. pick-offs at 1st and 3rd
I hold up either a fist (first base) or a thumb (third base). My catcher then stands up to get the infield's attention and flashes the same signal.- mcopeland
