Off Season Workout to Increase Pitching Speed.
My daughter plays soccer and volleyball and both sports have helped with pitching. Here in Sacramento, soccer is pretty popular and it's a great cardio workout. Volleyball is great for leg drive. Slappers - it's easy to say 'cut her' and be done with it. You are in a more difficult predicament. Cutting her without giving her a final chance would cause other problems that go beyond ball. Very well said. I'm fortunate right now. My daughter is 14, nearly 6 feet tall, throws a softball between 54-57 MPH and has great pitch control.
