I've been coaching rec ball since 2012 after my daughter's 8U coach told the parents he hated coaching and didn't even want to be out there... guess the fact that his daughter was on a different team should have been a clue.... Because I coach rec, I focus on developing the fundamentals while keeping everything fun.
