The "light bulb" moment for me came a couple of seasons back when I realized that my DD was harder on herself than I or anyone else could ever be......that in of itself laid the foundation for me to sit on a bucket through the week at lessons and allow her to experience the adversity and tough...
My DD has been struggling with elbow sensations for several months (since early December). Went through initial examinations to rule out structural damage. Issues traced to tendinitis. Went through usual treatment to treat......continued with ongoing sensations from elbow to wrist...
My daughter struggled with the flip change. Went to a Rick Pauly clinic a couple of years ago. She learned his change up and has been money since. It is the great equalizer!

Would not trade my time on the bucket with my DD either. She will either have fond memories of spending this time with dear ol' dad or will have "therapeutic grist for the mill"
I'm in support of some type of initial certification and on going annual competency for scorekeepers. Not a big fan of parents keeping the books....it is way too subjective in some aspects to keep eye brows from being raised. A real life example, my DD pitching while other pitcher plays 1b...
