^^^^^ This loud and clear. So much this it hurts. Wait until you have parents complaining their DD isn't playing but should be based solely on being a Senior. Not because they can outplay someone on the diamond, but just because, well...she's a Senior. I don't how our HC handles that...- indianafp

high school vent/advise needed
I wouldn't be kind about this at all. My trip would be to the administration and AD, and call a meeting with the coach. Any direct punishment from the coach toward the player for providing medical evidence she can't do the heavy lift and I would ask who the attorney needs to speak with. Now...- indianafp

Rise of select teams
There is an actual Travel Team league starting here. I put us in it. It was like 16 games, (DH every Tuesday) with a tourney at the end. I actually dropped a couple tourneys and picked this up.
