    elbow flying out

    My 8 yr old tends to do this a lot too. Trying to throw harder she tends to get in a hurry and wants to snap too soon or snap at the elbow even.

    Rookie FP coach trying to learn how to teach the catchers better. What exactly do you mean by this? Is it just as it sounds...you use the glove hand to move the batter out of the way slightly?
