    Sounds like you and your Daughter have your priorities right, if her heart is not in it, well I wont be enjoyable for anyone. You never know some come back after a season she might miss it more than she thinks if not TB, HS or Rec for a shorter season.

    Im going to use your data, I think my 11-14 year old team might have even better success with weaker arms and less experience than a high school team. It was difficult to get my AC and players on board last year. I can teach and call the play I want them to value the bunt as much as I do.

    Don't change the form. I've had good luck with adjusting the feet might try closing the stance up a little or a little further forward in the box. I've even had a girl start a little more open and step in a little closed and she was driving deep over SS instead of sown 3rd base line.

    I hate side toss, do you?

    I agree, for certain things it can be a good tool, but not when overused, I think tee work is preferred but then on begging hitters, like I get in Rec ball, side toss is a good transition from tee to front toss and pitcher.

    I always liked faster pitchers, the ball comes off the bat harder. that being said crank up some speed in the cage and older pitcher for live hitting and have the girls concentrate on good contact. everything will come out fine.
